~ how to process a return ~

1: all returned items must come back with an RA number. any package received without one will be rejected and returned to sender.

2: please email us at returns@julesobrien.com provide your order number, date of purchase, name, address, and reason for return. we will get back with you within 1 business day.

3: all refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and by the method of payment used.

~ jewelry eligible for return ~ 

1: any returned item MUST come back in pristine condition. Before a credit is approved, all items will be inspected for possible wear or damage.

2: any jewelry worked on or modified by another jeweler is ineligible for exchange, return, or credit of any kind.

3: all stock bracelets, earrings, pendants, and rings ‘sold as-is and with no modifications’ are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

4: any bracelet, earring, pendant, and ring ‘that has been modified to your exact specifications’ are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee included.

5: all jules o'brien net-new custom jewelry designs are non-refundable.

6: your faith in us and patronage is above and beyond appreciated. we always aim to deliver perfectly crafted jewelry to you, but on a rare occasion something can go sideways when it comes to workmanship.  if you believe an item is defective please advise us immediately and do not wear it.

upon receipt, our specialists will thoroughly examine the piece and review with you what your options are within 2 business days. please be assured that we are flexible, generous and always want to do right by you.
